In one hour, everything changed

So, first of all…wow.

What happened today at The Round Table reminded me exactly why this group was created in the first place.

At the beginning of our call, one of our members, a CEO of a nationally recognized company, brought up a serious issue he was facing around a contract breach and the aftermath.

It was not something he’d typically share openly. But that’s the point. This is a space where you can.

The insight and perspective that came pouring in from the group was so sharp, so grounded, and so strategic…it shifted the entire energy of the room. It even made me pause and reevaluate my own beliefs around leadership and responsibility.

Before we ended the call, he said something I’ll never forget:

“In the hour between when this call started and when it ends, things have changed.”

That’s what this is all about.

It’s not just networking. It’s not a mastermind. It’s not content.

It’s a round table of men and women who get it…who operate at a high level and want to go even higher, together.
