One Impressive Act Will Never Replace Consistency
Respect is not granted because of a single gesture; it’s built through repetition.
Most people overestimate the power of standout moments: The big win, the heroic effort, the dramatic display. And while moments may impress, they do not create trust.
Trust is formed through pattern.
People watch what you do over time.
They notice how you show up when things are easy…and when they aren’t.
They pay attention to whether your behavior is stable or erratic.
Consistency is what makes people feel safe around you.
One generous act does not outweigh repeated inconsistency.

They let patterns speak quietly on their behalf.
